Rampaging singularities might be a roadblock for some, but not for us. Our third episode has been posted, and now is available for download via your method of choice. In this episode, hosted by Amanda Cales, we discuss the problems and benefits of working on more than one project at a time, as well as delving a bit into how other things like movies and reading other books can impact your work. I hope everyone enjoys the show and gets as much out of it as we did.
Hey, fellow deceased automatons, just wanted to make a post letting everyone know that your new favorite podcast (and by that I mean this one, natch) has been registered with www.podcastpickle.com and www.podcastalley.com. So, if anyone wants to vote for us or make comments, please feel free. The registration process might take a few days with those, though, so check back if you don’t see anything right away.
At least, that’s the story we’re going with. Due to forces beyond our control (the aforementioned rampaging black hole, natch) we have had to delay recording episode four until next week. But, all is not lost! Episode three is nearly ready to post up, so the pain and heartache should be mitigated to some degree, so chin up, buckaroos. We’re still here. It’ll take more than a rogue singularity to keep us down.
Now, please return to your regularly scheduled program…
Hi, everyone! Just a quick note to say that we have uploaded our second episode, and it is now available for mass consumption. In this episode Ryan, Amanda, Steve, and I all talk about our different methods for creating characters, and we even speak a little about how we have our characters develop throughout the story they are part of. During the course of our conversation we mention the following websites:
Michael A. Stackpole’s “Stormwolf”
So please, give the show a listen, and please leave feedback, both here and at our iTunes page in the iTunes store. Take care!

I hope everyone enjoys the show. We’re learning as we go, so expect the show to evolve as we get more familiar with the process. The topic we discussed was outlining, and there were plenty of thoughts and opinions bandied about. I hope you enjoy it, and know that more is on the way.
Thanks, and come back soon!
