The DRS represents at A.P. Stephens’ book signing

Hey, Halloweeners, it’s Justin. Last week I was supposed to go to the book signing appearance A.P. Stephens made at Books-A-Million, but due to a sudden but thankfully brief illness I was unable to attend. Luckily, this weekend I was fit as a fiddle and able to drive out to meet him (though my dislike for Dallas traffic contines to grow). He was an incredibly nice fellow, and the chat we had afterward was quite nice. You’ll be able to hear next week. Those of you curious about self-publishing should especially take note. A.P. is a workhorse, and we could all learn a few things from him.

“Dracula” gets an authorized sequel

un-Dead

CNN has an article about a new novel, “Dracula the Un-Dead,” written by Dacre Stoker, the great-grandnephew of Bram Stoker, the author of the original “Dracula.” Please head over there and give the article a read, and then come back and tell us what you think. Should this book have been written? Does Dracula still have a place in our world? Let us know.
