I got a stand-up desk and used it for several months. Unfortunately, I ended up getting plantar fasciitis from standing up so much. It’s about a thousand times better than sitting at a computer all day, but just becareful!
Yeah, I think the bursitis that I’ve developed in my right hip is from the increased standing. Now I alternate between standing and using a stool.
