This week the Dead Robots sit down and talk with J.C. Hutchins, author of “7th Son: Descent” and “Personal Effects: Dark Art.” He works harder than almost anyone we know, and the man is a joy to talk to. We also finally do our review of “Vacation.” Enjoy!

And our next book to read and review is “The Adept,” by Katherine Kurtz and Deborah Turner Harris.
Our friend and recent guest of the show, A. P. Stephens, has come up with what we think is an exciting project, and we wanted to share it with all of you. So, A.P., if you please, tell our listeners all about it…
It is with great pleasure I bring forth and introduce you to The Gift of Lit, a collective effort by many of the fine authors from Podiobooks. Together, we would like to share with you our diverse works and invite you to take a look at the nice selection of books we have spent hours, days, months, or years writing.

This week Justin sits down and chats with AP Stephens and Jeff Kirvin. AP has recently been on a tour promoting his self-published novel, The Stolen Moon of Londor, and Jeff, who’s also a writer, has an audacious idea. Jeff also hosts his own podcast, Maximum Geek.I hope you enjoy!

Yep, you read that correctly. Lulu, a company known primarily as a PRINT on demand company, is now delving into eBook as well. They will offer optional DRM, Multi-Device Support (Mac, PC, iPhone, Sony Reader, and Stanza), and you’ll have your choice of formats (ePub and PDF with more on the way). And, to make it an even more attractive choice, they’re only charging you $3.99, so whatever you charge over that is all yours to keep. For those who have an issue with Amazon and don’t want to put their work on the Kindle, yet still want to offer an eBook, here is an option for you.
Thoughts?

This week the guys sit down with Philippa Ballantine and Dan Sawyer (sadly Chris Lester couldn’t make it) about their upcoming simultaneous release of podcasts, which they’ve dubbed the Triple Threat. Enjoy!
