  1. Hey DRS!
Was just listening to #167 (Murdock), heard you asking for feedback about this post.

Yes, very much enjoyed this set of panels.

This is coming from a newbie’s newbie, trying to learn as much as I can and get my mistakes out of the way quickly (continuing to make those, though; one after another).

Some of the listening is “ok, got that, all good”, some of it is “ohhhh wow never thought about it in THAT light”, but most of it is purely just satisfying to hear shop talk. So for me, endlessly appreciated.

Bonus for me too; I keep up via RSS. Turns out, only 4 panels showed up in the feed item, so it was only just now that I knew the rest of the panels were here, so I’m pretty well jazzed about that.

Thanks again; would be happy to see more posts like this in the upcoming months!

  2. Dan, glad you’re enjoying it. And keep making those mistakes, man. Those are the only way to get where you’re going.

As for panels in upcoming months, we’ll have to see. I will be at Balticon at the end of May, so I’ll try and record as many as I can, and I’m hoping I’ll be able to find someone (or perhaps an army) who can record panels at Dragon*Con in September. I’ll make sure to post up everything we get.

  3. Thanks Daniel. I bet the four panels only showed up because the rest were added to the post after you had already downloaded. it. Something we’ll have to keep in mind for future drops. I’ll be sure an mention it so others can get the full set next show.

  4. Long time lurker here – Thanks so much for posting these, very enjoyable, and lots to think about.

I only recently heard of Conjour – too late to attend, but I’ll have to add it to my con list for next year. Are any of you guys going to be at ApolloCon or ArmadilloCon?
