    oolong tea tastes like water (so you can mix in other fruits or other teas or chill it and drink it as water) so drink it regularly and it helps blocks fat, keeps you going regular and helps breaks down the fat in your body. This by far was an accidental discovery when I noticed I was losing so much weight and not feeling as bloated.
